For the 2003 DPS General Obligation Bond [GOB] program, the DPS Board of Education
established a Citizens’ Committee on Bond Expenditures [CCBE]. This diverse group of
citizens meets and works closely with staff on program progression and management with
respect to schedule, fiscal responsibility, accomplishing designated projects and
resolving challenges... The Citizens Committee on Bond Expenditures meets on the third Monday of each month from 6-7:30 p.m.at the Denver Public Schools Administration Building, 900 Grant Street, in Rooms 108 A&B.
